His Dad Birthday

My boyfriend's father fall on Christmas eve itself, so usually I will take leave on this very day to join them on this family celebration.

But this year, they decide to bring forward the celebration to 23rd, a Sunday instead. We had the celebration at Marina's Corner together with his uncle & aunty, it was an enjoyable family affair, all the elderly had a good time catching up with each other & sharing their old stories with the younger generation.

After the dinner, we move on back to their house to continue with the get together session, this is also the first visit to their new house for his uncle & aunty. We end the day after the cake cutting session, his dad seem to have a joyful celebration & get together session this year.

Mikell's First Birthday

Went to Amazonia at Great World City with Elaine on Sunday afternoon to attend Mikell's first birthday celebration. As it kinda a parents & kiddo affair, me & Elaine felt rather out of place.

Only manage to have a photo took with Mikell & Ellyson, they were so busy running around, basically me & Elaine spend the whole afternoon there catching up with each other & playing with little Cassie. Little Cassie is just so cute, took a handful of photos with her.

After the cake cutting session me & Elaine made our move, cannot stand the place. I love kids, but too many of them together I felt as if all those little angel suddenly transform themselves to little devils!

Ginger Breadman

I went totally crazy when I saw the ginger breadman, it soooo MAD CUTE!!! I just push my hand phone to my boyfriend, told him I want take picture with ginger breadman & I squeeze my way through the children crowd!!

The Santa Claus by the side (not in photo) was damn irritating, he is giving out free candy cane to the kids, so there so many unwanted heads in the photo! Not forgetting the elf too, it quite cute also, my main focus was fully on the ginger breadman, I didn't notice he was by the side till I saw the photo my boyfriend took for me!!

Just like a small kid once again!!

Santa Claus is coming, to town!

My in-tray suppose to be for incoming documents for my acknowledgement, but now, my in-tray is filled with incoming Christmas presents, so happy!!

It a season of joy, may everyone outta blessed with the love of all the people around you, just like me!

Strictly Pancakes

Other than the one at near Parklane, there a new "Strictly Pancakes" outlet opened at Siglap, my boyfriend love hot cakes, so, I assume that he will love the place.

Turn out to be a disappointment for our visit on last Friday night, the menu was a little different from the one at Parklane, what I tried before is not in the menu on our visit, it only available on weekend breakfast menu.

So my boyfriend order a garlic prawn stacks, too garlic-ky, the combination was just so wrong. I had a short stacks with corn beef, not fantastic too, the pancakes texture is just not right that day. Sadly, it was a horrible experience for him & turn out that both of us did not finish our food, but I must compliment that their Oreo Milkshake there was good

Double Rainbow

I got the sweetest boyfriend ever!! He knows that I'm always attracted to rainbow, he called me out of his busy schedule just telling me to look at the sky.

TADAH!! I spotted the rainbow in the sky, even though the colour are very faded by the time I saw it, but if you are sharp enough, you can see that it actually a double rainbow, how nice is this!

His Smile

This photo is taken with Jaimie's polaroid camera during our short getaway to LegoLand. I love this photo so much, hardly you will be able to capture my boyfriend's smile with his teeth shown, this is like the one & only photo I have now w/o him faking a smile.

But the sad thing is the actual photo was overexposed & the resolution was really bad, I tried many ways & this is the best I can do to edit the photo, but still, I love this photo, there this charm in his smile that I can never resist it!

JPOT @ Tampines One

I’m still too lazy to do my looooong write up on my LegoLand trip, but now, just a short entry on my dinner experience at JPOT yesterday night.

For those who didn’t know, JPOT – a concept that is uniquely Singaporean from the award-winning culinary team of "Jumbo Seafood". Just the name “Jumbo Seafood”, it already a quality assurance to the food you are going to eat, I believe “Jumbo Seafood” is known by majority Singaporean which are seafood lover. As much as the branding & quality of food is involve, you should know that you gonna pay a fair price for your meal, but I can assure you, the money you spend are all worth paying.

Just the soup base itself, it not like the few boring choice that you can find everywhere, they have some exclusive want that will make you drool even just by hearing.

So interesting right? We had Herbal, Laksa, Silky Porridge & Salted Veggie duck for soup base yesterday, everything all was good, other than the silky porridge was a little bland for us. Technology trend is unbeatable everywhere you go, it our job to keep the trend going, JPOT too. Ordering of food is so convenient now, just pull out the little drawer under your table, TADAH!!! Please place your order through the IPad provided. I’m not going to touch on the food varieties as there really A LOT of them, make a trip there & you will know what is available.

Not forgetting to give them a credit for making table reservation so convenient for us. I don’t know if anyone of you have encounter such problem like me, keep calling the shop trying to reserve a table but no one actually pick up the phone, not only that, you can never get a table if you try walking in the shop, so frustrating, I wonder did those people sitting in the restaurant at the point of time actually went down personally to do the reservation. Anyway, JPOT offered online reservation on the website, just a few click & my job is done, not only that, a reminder SMS was send to me a day before too, wonderful service isn't it?

There only 2outlet available now so far, I saw the waiting queue yesterday at Tampines One, I would advice you to make a reservation before going down, save the waiting time. If you do not like to do online reservation, do call them at (65) 6273 3536 to make the reservation instead.
