Today is Mid-Autumn festival, I used to love this festival so much back when I was just a kid, but every since that very day, I hate this festival so much, I feel so emo seeing the kids playing with their lantern now. It should be a festival for the whole family to get together, but my family was broken up on this very day when I was just a kid.
Okay, whatever it is, it already in the past, I still need to go through this emo stage every year this day, just bear with me, it a cycle of my life. I just can't get away with it no matter how hard I try, let talk about some happy thing now.
Last weekend I did enjoy myself to the fullest I guess, I had a great time hanging out with my cousins & I spent a quality time with my dearie.
On Friday, it was a super slack day at work, SAP system was down for inventory stock take, such good life only come every half yearly. Without SAP system, of cos there nothing I can do in office, so glad I did not take my leave on that day. So I basically keeping myself occupied by watching some Taiwan drama show in office.
After I knock off from work, I head down to Changi to meet up with my cousins. I expected to be late that day as it not very convenient to get there from Harbourfront, but who knows I was 1 of the earliest to get there, Bark Cafe.
I came from a traditional big Chinese family, since young, our parents taught us a lot about family bond, I can say that the bond in our family is very strong, we are always there for each other whenever anyone need help.
I hate to do coordinating stuff, but sad to say, my post in office is as a Senior Coordinator, well, maybe it something I hate, but I'm good at coordinating & organise stuff. I am the organiser for the cousins-get-together session to kind of catch up with each other after Alex finally back to Singapore after 3years in US. Love him so much, he never fail to get me my Coach bags from US, now he is back, I guess I will feel sad slightly cos no more cheap Coach bags anymore, lolz.
I can say the dinner was a great one, Chong recommend me a spaghetti for dinner, well, the spaghetti was great, but it far to spicy for me as my infection seems not recovered fully since then. So whenever I eat anything which is too spicy or too sour now I still feel the discomfort around my throat area, that really bad.

Anyway food wasn't the main thing, is the people around make the dinner an awesome one. We play & joke just like back in the young time, age is never a matter, no parents there means no rules. we are all opened young adults, just enjoy yourself with those crappy conversation, took tons of crazy photo, chill beer down our throat & cigarettes in hand. It a day to enjoy with no rules & restriction even it a family gathering.

Dear was suppose to pick me up from there but we ended earlier than expected, so Alex drop me off at dear's house & we went to catch movie with the rest.
Watch "Stupid, Crazy, Love", that was quite a nice movie but I feel it a little crappy. After movie, it time for double date, me, dear, Jimmy & Jaimie went for a stroll at Woodland Waterfront, it a long stroll that day, a little hard for my foot as I'm wearing my 4inch high heels. After the stroll we went for prata at Thomson putting our little workout earlier on to a waste. Finally we end the day at around 4am, by the time I reach home is already 5am in the morning, dead beat, even the sun going to rise soon.
Took only 4hours of sleep & I woke up at 9am, I just can't continue to sleep when the sun shine into my room. So I start packing up my stuffs & getting prepare for my little weekend escapade with dearie. We got a good deal at "deal.com", a 1 night weekend stay at Albert Court Village Hotel at 230Nett. If you think it expensive please go google the hotel rate in Singapore now, even Hotel 81 can easily cost more than this after tax.
Our package come along with 2hours of private usage of the jacuzzi, a bottle of champagne, pralines & chocolate, breakfast for 2 the next morning & lastly late checkout at 3pm. The room was not anything fantastic, just some rose petals was used to decorate on the bed, what I'm looking forward is the jacuzzi, both me & dear haven't try soaking in a jacuzzi at this age of our, time to experience our virgin jacuzzi soak together.

There 2 jacuzzi pool there, cold pool & hot pool. It a little crazy to soak ourselves in the cold pool in such cold rainy weather, but I feel that we should give everything a try. So after awhile in the hot pool, I jump into the cold pool, it freaking cold, but I feel good soaking in both cold & hot water. Dear tried doing that as well, but he fail, he was shivering so badly, die laughing at him.
Overall the stay was great, not because of the place definitely, suppose to have a buffet breakfast, but the choice of food is so limited, dear still say I shouldn't have wake him up for such disappointing breakfast, he would rather then eating the breakfast.
Good time always pass faster than you can expect, but I feel so contented with so many love ones around me, what else more can I ask for!! :D
